I’d just like to extend my thanks and also acknowledge the exceptional
professionalism I experienced today from your staff.The woman at the front desk is wonderful. In addition to having managed the
hat-trick of being highly professional, extremely friendly, and looking like
Amy Winehouse, had resolved an issue with my insurance company without any
prompting from me, and when I arrived, she told me with a smile that she’d
taken care of it, and that I had a credit for today’s services. That level
of customer service is unheard of.The woman who did my deep cleaning today, Michelle, was amazing. As much as
I enjoyed Jenny and her work, today’s experience involved substantially less
pain – in fact no pain – due to her patience with me and her superb
technique in giving me the shots I needed.Your office makes me wish I had more friends, just so I could refer them to
you. Thank you again for making a necessary procedure pain-free and even

My dentist’s name is Dr. Shane Sykes, aka The Reno Dentist. He’s conveniently located at 855 W Seventh St Ste 200, and his office number is 775-323-0700.
Aside from being an extremely talented dentist and an exceptionally kind and gentle person, he strives for perfection, and a pleasant pain-free dental experience. Dr. Sykes was responsible for giving me the perfect smile I’d always dreamed of and the invaluable confidence that goes along with it. I couldn’t be happier with the resullts! The office staff at The Reno Dentist is amazing and friendly, you will make you feel like part of the family.
