Benefits
Your VIP Status Provides You With The Following:
- 2 cleanings per year (standard Cleaning)
- 2 examinations per year
- All necessary x-rays
- 2 emergency visit exams per year during normal business hours
- Fluoride Treatment
(1 per adult each year, 2 per child each year) - 15% discount on additional services
Initial Examination
Just $207- One time charge per person
- Includes all necessary digital x-rays, photographs and comprehensive examination
(59% off retail — normally $505) - Fee is waived for new patients transferring to VIP Advantage if they have both of the following current:
- X-rays and Cleaning Status
- Bitewings within 1 yr and Full Mouth X-ray within 3 years
- Prophy within the last 8 months
- Periodontal Maintenance within the last 4 months
The $207 initial exam fee is available only when you enroll in the VIP Membership Plan and prepay for your first year of cleanings on the same day. If you do not enroll in the VIP Membership Plan during your initial examination appointment, the exam fee will revert to the standard rate of $505.
Dues
Membership level necessary to maintain health is determined by the initial examination and subsequent yearly examinations.

Periodontal Therapy services may be necessary before entering into maintenance plan. These services are eligible for 15% VIP Savings and will be determined at initial examination.
