Are You Smiling?

The importance of brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day is something we emphasize to all of our patients. Along with regular checkups and cleanings at The Reno Dentist in Reno NV, it’s the best way to maintain your beautiful smile.

A good dental hygiene routine, something you do every single day without fail, is essential to your dental health. It’s related to your overall health, too.

Should you brush your teeth before you floss, or after? We’re asked that from time to time. According to one survey, there’s about a fifty-fifty split of opinion on which is better, with a slight edge going to those who brush first. We think you should do whichever you prefer. Just be sure to do both!

Are there aspects of your smile you would like to improve? Cosmetic  dentistry can give your smile an upgrade. Available procedures include:

• Porcelain veneers. Thin shells of medical-grade ceramic cover any flaws.
• Bonding. A composite resin is shaped on your teeth to repair damage or improve appearance.
• Dental implants. Missing one or more teeth? Dental implants look and  function like the real thing.
• Teeth whitening. For the most dazzling smile possible, nothing beats professional teeth whitening.

Are you smiling? At The Reno Dentist in Reno NV we certainly hope so! If not, cosmetic dentistry can help. People from Spanish Springs, Virginia City, and Carson City keep smiling with our general and family dentistry. Call for an appointment today!
